Employees and personnel administering this promotion for the sponsor or prize provider, their immediate families (spouse, parents, children and siblings), and members of their households are ineligible. Void where prohibited. The winner must be able to attend the festival in New York City. The guest is subject to the festival's admission policies. ENTRY PERIOD Entries open November 5, 2026 at 5:10 p.m. Eastern and close November 18, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Eastern. All times use America/New_York. The sponsor's server clock controls. Follow the email confirmation link to verify your entry. Both submission and email confirmation must be completed by the closing time. Limit one entry per person. Duplicate submissions do not create additional chances. Automated entries or multiple email addresses used to exceed the limit are prohibited. Entry is free. A free subscription to the Family Media Brief newsletter is required for new entries. Give affirmative consent in the entry form, then confirm your email address, subscription and entry using the confirmation link. No purchase, payment, social sharing or tagging is required. Existing active newsletter subscribers may enter on equal terms without a duplicate subscription. You can unsubscribe at any time without losing your valid entry. Each eligible person receives one entry; subscribing again does not create extra chances. PRIZE One winner receives two full two-day standard passes for the winner and one guest to Hard Faith Fest NYC, December 4 and 5, 2026, at E91, 150 East 91st Street, New York, NY. Included: general festival screenings, filmmaker Q&As, industry panels, workshops and the awards show. Pitch Fest participant admission, afterparties and separately ticketed extras are excluded. Hard Faith Fest delivers both passes directly and covers all mandatory ticket fees. Travel, lodging, meals, local transportation and other expenses are excluded. Approximate retail value is $256.26 total: two $125 passes plus two $3.13 mandatory service fees. No payment is required to receive the passes. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. Passes may not be resold or exchanged for cash. Film content and admission policies vary; review the festival program before attending. SELECTION AND ODDS One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible confirmed entries on November 19, 2026 at noon Eastern. Odds depend on the number of eligible confirmed entries received. The sponsor will document the drawing privately. NOTIFICATION AND ALTERNATES The sponsor will notify the potential winner at the entry email address after the drawing. The potential winner must reply within 48 hours of the notification timestamp and confirm eligibility, ability to attend and the information needed for ticket delivery. Payment information is not required. If notification is undeliverable, the entrant is ineligible, declines or fails to respond by the deadline, the sponsor will select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible confirmed entries. Each alternate receives a 48-hour response window. Selection and fulfillment will be completed before December 4. No prize will be awarded to an ineligible entrant. FULFILLMENT AND EVENT CHANGES After acceptance and eligibility verification, the sponsor will coordinate direct delivery by Hard Faith Fest and confirm receipt with the winner before December 4. Festival admission and conduct policies apply. Event schedules may change. If the festival is canceled or the exact prize becomes unavailable, the sponsor will promptly notify the winner and address fulfillment under applicable law. No additional payment will be required to receive the prize. Any proposed substitution will be disclosed before acceptance. PRIVACY Entry information is used to administer the giveaway, confirm entries, prevent fraud, contact the winner and fulfill the prize under https://familymedianews.com/privacy. Only the winner's necessary fulfillment details will be shared with Hard Faith Fest for ticket delivery. Entrants and guests will not automatically be subscribed to the festival's mailing list. FMN newsletter enrollment requires affirmative consent in the entry and confirmation forms. You can unsubscribe at any time without affecting a valid entry. Entrant email lists will not be published. Fraudulent or automated entries violating the entry limit may be disqualified with the reason recorded. Technical problems do not authorize arbitrary rejection of valid entries. If a verified technical problem threatens fairness or integrity, the sponsor will publish a notice and take lawful, fair corrective action while preserving valid entries and the announced prize obligation. Material terms will not be changed merely for convenience. Applicable federal and state law governs. These rules do not limit nonwaivable consumer rights.
