People age 18 or older residing in one of the 50 United States or Washington, DC, subject to the exclusions in the final official rules. Travel and accommodation are not included, so make sure you can attend in New York City.

What exactly is the prize?
One winner receives two standard full two-day passes, one for the winner and one for a guest. All mandatory ticket fees are covered. Passes include festival screenings, speakers and the awards show. Pitch Fest participation, afterparties and separately ticketed extras are excluded.
How do I know my entry is confirmed?
Submit the form and check your inbox for an FMN confirmation email. Open the link and select Confirm my entry. Until then, the entry is pending. Each person receives one entry.
