FMN content
Unless otherwise identified, Family Media News owns or licenses its original articles, photographs, graphics, video, branding and site design. Linking is welcome. Republishing beyond legally permitted quotation or fair use requires written permission from permissions@familymedianews.com.
Third-party material
Names, cover art, posters, photographs, quotations and linked material may belong to their respective owners. Inclusion does not transfer ownership. Our source and rights records are maintained separately from editorial text.
Copyright complaints
If you believe material on FMN infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@familymedianews.com containing:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the copyrighted work;
- the exact FMN URL and identification of the disputed material;
- your name and contact information;
- a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and
- a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.
We will review properly documented notices and may remove or restrict material while investigating. A knowingly false claim may create legal liability.
DMCA registration: Publishing an email address here does not itself register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. FMN should complete that separate registration if it seeks DMCA safe-harbor protection.
