If you believe material on FMN infringes your copyright, send a written notice to copyright@familymedianews.com containing:

• your physical or electronic signature;
• identification of the copyrighted work;
• the exact FMN URL and identification of the disputed material;
• your name and contact information;
• a good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and
• a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorized to act.

We will review properly documented notices and may remove or restrict material while investigating. A knowingly false claim may create legal liability.

DMCA registration: Publishing an email address here does not itself register a designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. FMN should complete that separate registration if it seeks DMCA safe-harbor protection.
